General Terms and Conditions of Jetset Revolution
All our services are subject to these terms and conditions, as long as they have not been amended or supplemented by written agreements.
Offers
Our offers are limited in time, either according to legal regulations or according to the special details in the offers themselves. Our offers are of a confidential nature and may only be made available to those persons who handle our offers.
Prices and orders
All prices on our pages are gross (including VAT). All bookings are binding.
Payments: We accept most major credit cards, cash in the vehicle, payment by invoice and payment by bank / postal transfer.
In the case of the cancellation of orders, the customer will be charged for the cost of our services according to our cancellation conditions. These are as follows:
- Up to 24 hours before order start: No load
- 24 - 4 hours before order start: 50%
- 4 hours before order start or no show: 100%
Liability
Jetset Revolution assumes no liability for delays, caused by natural forces, traffic jams, breakdowns, incorrect pick-up or destination information or any situation beyond our control.
Payment terms
The payment must be made either by bank / postal transfer or by credit card, at the latest 10 days after order fulfillment.
We reserve the right to demand a different payment method. The retention of payments and the settlement of our claims with counter-claims not accepted by us is not statutory.
Jurisdiction
For any disputes, Swiss law is applicable. The court is Bülach
Our company will at all times endeavor to solve possible differences with their customers amicably and amicably.
